6mm jute rope is suitable for most of the people and occasion. This is strongly recommended for the beginners and well experienced masters.
It is soft yet strong and avoids friction that causes too much of tightness after the rope is tied to the body. It will give promising experience which cotton and nylon ropes cannot offer.
